fine base for 1 night in denver, great hotel. the view from the room was nice. moreover, there was parking on-site.
We appreciated our stay here. Besides, we parked our car onsite. Hotel's food was great and there is Saigon Terrace close by.
Location is good.
The lady who runs the breakfast is very nice but she talks constantly at the very tip top of her lungs. It is so obnoxious! Way too loud and disruptive in the morning. The property seems to have done a renovation but it is minimal and poorly done. Lay off the carpet fresh!!! I booked a 4 night stay but cancelled after the first night and moved to another hotel.
We chose this hotel because it is a short walk to the streetcar line to go downtown. After staying there, we can say that it's really the only reason to choose this place. There must be somewhere better to stay in Denver!
First, their rooms are listed as "City" and "Mountain" view. The "City" view is of a building 100 yards (or less) across the parking lot. Booked a King Suite City View and ended up with a King Suite Parking Lot view because they put us on the lowest floor. The hotel is a terrible design because the nice rooms (King Suite as opposed to cheaper King) all face the building! We did get them to put us up on a higher floor. The HVAC system is airplane-loud, we had to turn it off to sleep. Breakfast is bedlam - loud, cramped, and poorly designed for service.
The entire staff were very friendly and helpful which made our stay enjoyable.
The location of the property makes it difficult to enter and exit.
Bed was great, just not suitable for me and my husband. You should consider queen beds for the double rooms
The staff was extra friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and typical of a "breakfast included" hotel.
This is kind of picky, but the breakfast area was very cramped--very loud/noisy. The hotel, unfortunately, experiences a LOT of street noise starting around 5 am
There was plenty of breakfast food out. Also, the lady working there was working very hard to eeep up & she done an amazing job!
The bed was good quality, and the location was only a few minutes away from great neighborhoods.
Our first room was noisy, next to the ice machine, but we were moved into a much quieter space. I used ear plugs for traffic noise. They need a handyman to update the scuffs and marks of use in the rooms.
It was clean and the staff was very nice.
The room was really small and the breakfast area was very congested and hard to move around in.
Parking,breakfast,and the view
Water would not get hot. Random banging, drilling, and hammering at 6am. Would've been nice to know they were doing construction on the building in the morning. Also housekeeping beating on the door before 9am when I had the do not disturb sign on the door. I will never book this hotel again. Definitely not worth it!
location was perfect for our needs
lack of meeting space , bar, restaurant ,lounge
Beds and free breakfast
Sink leaked after a shower and the noise from Colorado Blvd kept us up
If you're fortunate to have quiet neighbors, this is a comfortable bed in good location
Party in the room next door kept me from getting any sleep - once it got extremely loud I complained to front desk and the noise soon stopped - paid over $100 for no sleep essentially.
